		<description>This might be something that I try in the future.  Another thing that you may want to look into is a video of your listing.  A woman out of Virginia told me about them.  She has done it for her listings and she then posts them on you tube. By what she tells me they get quite a few hits.</description>

Actually, I thought agents would pick up on this idea and create their own...glamour shot on one side and sold stats on the other. It would make it really easy for the broker to make a trade! :)</description>
